2. work clothes, labor protection shoes and work caps must be worn before operation; It is forbidden to wear decorative rings, watches, etc; Before operation, check the status of the equipment and whether its safety shutdown facilities are normal; Turn on the electric switch to power on and turn on the compressed air switch to check whether the button status of the equipment is correct; Check whether the induced draft and cooling water temperature system operates normally.
3. reset all equipment buttons; Press down the pressing roller switch, and the rubber roller is locked; Close the electric switch and compressed air; Take all raw materials and inks back to the warehouse. Do not leave them on the machine and clean the floor in time.
