The ci flexo printing machine features fast set-up and changeover, and thanks to technological innovation and automation, it ensures repeatable process consistency, minimizes waste and is easy to manufacture. The machine is an intelligent printing press for cost-effective production. It uses a highly modular concept for very fast installation and start-up.
The ci flexo printing machine opens and closes automatically and features plate cylinder bearings with a preload system for greater stability. Combined with smart SETTM, it reduces waste of substrates and consumables during start-up and changeovers. The machine increases the uptime of the printing press with the combined action of the two-piece doctor blade chamber, intelligent inking and easy-cleaning system. Dual technology channels combined with heat recovery system ensure better drying performance and energy saving.
This is 4 color ci flexo printing machine with die punching, which is suitable for paper cup paper box printing.
